The service
Cuentakos lets you create a personalised children's book: you give us the characters and the story you want, we write the text and illustrate it with artificial intelligence tools, you review and edit it, and once paid we print it and ship it.
Your account
You must be an adult to create an account and place orders. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
Content you provide
You may only upload photos and details of people you are the parent or legal guardian of, or whose permission you have, and of your pets. You may not request copyrighted characters (from films, series or other books) or violent, sexual, hateful or harmful content. We may refuse or stop a book that breaks these rules.
Preview, price and payment
The character sheets, the text, the cover and two sample spreads are free. The order is placed when you pay. The book price includes VAT; shipping is shown separately before you pay. Payment is by card through Stripe.
Production and shipping
After payment we illustrate the rest of the book, laid out as you saw it in the preview, and send it to print in the European Union. We show you the estimated delivery date before you pay.
Right of withdrawal
Every book is made to order, to your specifications and clearly personalised. Therefore, as provided by article 103(c) of the Spanish consumer protection law (TRLGDCU) and article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, there is no right of withdrawal once the order is placed.
Guarantee
If the book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] with a photo and we will reprint it free of charge or refund you. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
